I own a 2003 BMW X5 and had determine not to part with it because of its condition and comfort. However, I had an oil leak that remained unresolved even after taking the vehicle to three different garages, including the dealership. I decided to give it one more try and brought it to Reliable Auto Mechanics. To my surprise, they completely resolved the issue. What impressed me most, in addition to their honesty, was the transparency they provided. They showed me the worn and consumed parts that were causing the problem—something none of the other garages had done. I now have full confidence recommending these mechanics. Every interaction has been professional, courteous, and refreshingly pressure-free—there is absolutely no attempt to upsell unnecessary services. I recently purchased all-weather terrain tires for my 2021 Mazda CX-9, and Paul assisted me throughout the process. He took the time to discuss, in detail, the pros and cons of all-weather tires, listened carefully to my driving needs, and engaged in a very informative and educational discussion that helped me make a confident, well-informed decision. That level of transparency and expertise immediately built trust. The price they offered, including installation, was so fair that I felt no need to seek a second opinion or shop around further. Since then, I have taken my vehicle there twice for regular maintenance, and each visit has reinforced my belief that choosing Reliance Auto Mechanic was one of the wisest decisions I have made regarding car care. They are honest, knowledgeable, and reliable, servicing any make and model with integrity. Although the garage is some distance from my residence, every kilometre driven to reach them is absolutely worth it.

Reliance Auto Mechanics were extremely professional. They repaired my transmission in a reasonable time frame and the they completed all the necessary the paperwork with the insurance company. Needed to have my vehicle inspected and booked an appointment with Reliance. It was a very professional and pleasant experience going to Reliance. The service was friendly and on time. The person at the desk took my keys at the time the appointment was scheduled and told me that the inspection was going to take an hour. The inspection took less than an hour (50 minutes) and after paying the bill and getting into my car to leave, the appointment took approximately the hour I was quoted. The people at the front desk were personable and helpful, which definitely deserves mentioning. I will bringing my car to this shop again and will highly recommend them to family and friends.

Thank god for this mechanic shop! If your a hybrid owner save your time and money and go here forget the dealership! My kia optima 2012 hybird had a fried cell in the hybrid battery. The Dealership said they wont fix a single cell but would have to replace entire hybrid battery! Paul was awesome to deal with! They fixed my single bad cell and a very good price. Good job guys definitely will be recommending this shop to all hybrid owners.

I am so thankful to Reliance Auto Mechanic and Mohammed in particular, for how my very first VW, a car that has been with me for many many years, was written off by insurance after a minor fender bender accident. I thought I’d never be able to see it on the road again. But thanks to the incredible skill and dedication of Mohammed, he brought it back to life and made it roadworthy once more. I admire Mo a lot as he works as if it is his own vehicle and the repair he did, exceeded my expectations. Also, Ujwala the front desk receptionist was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process, of getting all the necessary government procedures complied with and making everything easy for me. She was very empathetic. Thank you Reliance, a shop one can rely on. Keep up the good work.

Reliance Auto Mechanic may just be the best repair shop in all of Brampton. Very helpful front desk clerk and manager, Paul, is easy to talk with. The office is spacious and welcoming. Free Wi-Fi, bottled water and Keurig Coffee add to the decor. Six stars out of five!

I've never experienced such great service before. CAA towed me in at 5:50pm after experiencing my engine overheating as I was about to jump on the 407 to drive home to Ottawa. They close at 6pm but, diagnosed the issue (cracked thermostat housing), were able to get the part and stayed until 7:30pm to get me home that evening!! To my surprise, they called me the next day to follow up that I had arrived home safely. I can't say enough about my experience, they turned what could have been a terrible day to absolutely memorable. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Reliance if you live in the GTA.

Newly I send my sprinter van for brake change cause I have a problem they changed and forced the company parts to replace it for no cost because it have been replaced less a year ago. Everything done as always in profficinal way they talk to me how to keep my eyes on my van for any new problems.
