I’ve been going to Reliance for years and couldn’t recommend them more. They always do high-quality work and, most importantly, they’re honest about what actually needs to be done. I’ve never felt like they were trying to add unnecessary work or pad the bill. Paul and Mohammad are so great to work with, and I always feel comfortable asking questions without ever feeling judged. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, and me and my family have been happy to work them for as long as we have.

Had a great experience with the folks at Reliance Auto. Brought in my X5 M60i for some transmission and suspension issues and wanted to make sure it was in good hands. The team took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the work they recommended, and were upfront about pricing. Car feels like Day 1 since I've got it back. Honest, knowledgeable guys who care about their customers. I also chatted with them about a potential stage 1 tune, and they gave me a fair quote on the spot. I'll definitely be back!

Reliance Auto Mechanic did an excellent job repairing my Highlander SUV after mice chewed through the ignition wires. Thank god for this mechanic shop! If your a hybrid owner save your time and money and go here forget the dealership! My kia optima 2012 hybird had a fried cell in the hybrid battery. The Dealership said they wont fix a single cell but would have to replace entire hybrid battery! Paul was awesome to deal with! They fixed my single bad cell and a very good price. Good job guys definitely will be recommending this shop to all hybrid owners.

Been going to Reliance Auto for years and found the owner and staff are knowledgeable and professional. This location is well organized and can diagnose issues quickly and accurately. Most important was breakdown of repair costs in detail and time taken to explain the process. I appreciate good customer service and got to know the team over the years. My Suzuki Grand Vitara transmission fluid was leaking due to plug stripping out. The car dealership where I usually used to take the car for more than a decade didn't have an easy solution. I was a CAA member and through their site I found this place. Muhammad at Reliance was really knowledgeable and recommended a couple of options to suit my budget and needs. At the time of taking delivery, Abdul explained in detail the work they did. They did an excellent job, to which I am very grateful. Keep up the good work, guys.

This was my first time coming to Reliance Auto Mechanic but I am certain that this is where I will continue to go in the future. I had issues with my brakes and oil leaking into my spark plug chambers. Called Reliance Auto in the late afternoon and they scheduled me in for the next morning. Despite being short-staffed the day I went the work was done extremely well and extremely professionally. It's not that there aren't other skilled mechanics, but I've never had someone take the time to go over exactly what the issue was, present documentation of new parts being put in, and telling me what work needs to be done (with proof). Mohammed was honest about the pricing (which was better than any of the other 4.5+ star mechanics in Brampton) and about the parts required, plus he spoke to me instead of 'speaking down' which I find a lot of other places tend to do. And there was no ridiculous upcharging for parts or labour because I brought a European car. I am more than pleased and will be returning to get my timing belt changed.

I had visited Reliance Auto Mechanic today and had the best experience. I had called and spoke to Mohammed who was able to book me in for an appointment right away. Once I visited the location, everyone was very polite, efficient and accommodating. Mohammed explained and walked me through everything that was required and I left there very confident and happy. I will definitely be back for any of my automotive needs. I have been recommend Reliance Auto Mechanic to everyone since!
