After having my 2018 Mazda CX-5 sitting at the Brampton Mazda dealership for more than a month, I eventually decided to remove it and have it towed by CAA to Reliance Auto Mechanic on Bramalea Road.
The difference was incredible. Mo and Paul diagnosed the problem within hours and had my vehicle repaired within just two days, using original Mazda parts. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, they got the job done right.

I’ve never felt like they were trying to add unnecessary work or pad the bill. Paul and Mohammad are so great to work with, and I always feel comfortable asking questions without ever feeling judged. In August 2026, I returned to Reliance with my vehicle and experienced the same service from the office staff who waited for us even after they had already closed. Our car required a major time chain job replacement. They conducted this repair which took a week. We are super thankful for the experienced technicians. Lastly, the price was unbeatable!
