Toyo Fall 2024 Rebates

Very professional and friendly service, good quality and clean job. Good, informative, communication. Nice and clean waiting room. Highly recommend service.

I was recommended to this mechanic by a friend, and honestly, the service was amazing from start to finish! The staff was super honest and very helpful and they explained everything clearly. The whole experience was stress free so thank you for that.

Took my car to Reliance Auto Mechanic for a repair and couldn’t be happier with the service. The staff were upfront and very helpful about what needed to be done, walked me through the whole repair process, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary (unlike most machines). Fair pricing, quick process, and my car’s been running great since. Definitely my go-to shop in from now on and I highly recommend if you want honest, knowledgeable mechanics.

I brought my car to Reliance Auto because it was shaking while I was driving and didn’t feel properly aligned. The team helped me quickly, completed the necessary diagnostics, and took care of the repairs needed to get my vehicle back on the road safely. I had a great experience overall. Moe was very informative, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I would definitely recommend Reliance Auto to anyone looking for honest and reliable auto repair service.

I was very stressed because I needed my car for work the next day, the owner was very accommodating and told me to come in last minute so they could take a look. The staff were very helpful, explained exactly what was wrong with my car, and made the whole process easy to understand.

They were able to get everything taken care of the same day, and I had my car back and ready for work the next morning. Really appreciate the great work, quick service, and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Excellent Service at Reliance Auto

After having my 2018 Mazda CX-5 sitting at the Brampton Mazda dealership for more than a month, I eventually decided to remove it and have it towed by CAA to Reliance Auto Mechanic on Bramalea Road.

The difference was incredible. Mo and Paul diagnosed the problem within hours and had my vehicle repaired within just two days, using original Mazda parts. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly, they got the job done right.

After the frustration and delays I experienced elsewhere, I truly appreciated the way Reliance Auto handled the situation. They found the problem, explained what needed to be done, and got me back on the road.

If you want honest, knowledgeable, and efficient service, I highly recommend Mo and Paul at Reliance Auto Mechanic. It was also not as expensive as the dealership either. You want the job done right? Get in touch with these two Champs at Reliance Auto Mechanic 🙏🏼

I brought my car in for a transmission oil change and had a really good experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready right on time. The price was reasonable too. I’d happily recommend them and will definitely come back.

I had a great experience with Reliance Auto I got them to R&R a turbo I also asked them to do some extra stuff which they did for free, the car is running fantastic it's nice to see they're still good mechanics out there

I’ve been going to Reliance for years and couldn’t recommend them more. They always do high-quality work and, most importantly, they’re honest about what actually needs to be done. I’ve never felt like they were trying to add unnecessary work or pad the bill. Paul and Mohammad are so great to work with, and I always feel comfortable asking questions without ever feeling judged. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, and me and my family have been happy to work them for as long as we have.

Had a great experience with the folks at Reliance Auto. Brought in my X5 M60i for some transmission and suspension issues and wanted to make sure it was in good hands. The team took the time to explain what was going on, walked me through the work they recommended, and were upfront about pricing. Car feels like Day 1 since I've got it back. Honest, knowledgeable guys who care about their customers. I also chatted with them about a potential stage 1 tune, and they gave me a fair quote on the spot. I'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Took my car to Reliance Auto Mechanic and had a great experience. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained what needed to be fixed, and got the job done without any hassle. Fair pricing, solid workmanship, and no unnecessary upselling. The car is running great now. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mechanic.

Reliance Auto Mechanic did an excellent job repairing my Highlander SUV after mice chewed through the ignition wires. They fixed the problem professionally, the repair was done very well, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them for their honest service and quality workmanship.

Excellent service! The guy at the counter was funny, his coworker was nice, had a phone charger for me since my car was suspended in the air. They finished my inspection quickly, needed a daytime running light fixed which I knew about for a while. They finished that an hour earlier than expected and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this shop

Have brought in a few of my cars to these guys and they have been amazing! They are fast and get the job done on the first shot!! If you want your car fixed properly I would recommend these guys!!! Ask for Paul!!! He is amazing!

Just took in my 2018 Ford Explorer and no one could figure out where my coolant leak was coming from but Paul and his mechanics were amazing!! Found the issue and it runs beautifully now!! They are extremely professional and quite knowledgeable and would recommend them to everyone!! Thanks Paul for everything!!!

Great shop knowledgeable mechanics. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs. The African mechanic I forgot his name I think it was Moe is very kind. 5+ star

Maxima engine died. Had a new one in amongst a hoard of repairs in just over a week. Exceptional service and outstanding customer support and relations!!! Will be back

Thank god for this mechanic shop! If your a hybrid owner save your time and money and go here forget the dealership! My kia optima 2012 hybird had a fried cell in the hybrid battery. The Dealership said they wont fix a single cell but would have to replace entire hybrid battery! Paul was awesome to deal with! They fixed my single bad cell and a very good price. Good job guys definitely will be recommending this shop to all hybrid owners.

I was looking for some genuine workmanship people who gives honest opinions and charge reasonable. I found them in reliance auto, will be doing my future work for my Bimmer with them as well.

Reliance Auto helped me in a time of need when other garages closer to my home said they could not help me. Reliance went the extra mile. Also they provided prompt and efficient service with excellent communication from Ujwala and the mechanical team.

Excellent AC Repair Service!
Very friendly and professional team. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair clearly, and had my AC working perfectly in no time. Great experience from start to finish — highly recommend!

Excellent Service, most kind people. CAA approved very reasonable and very reliable. I would give 5 stars and recommend Reliance Auto Mechanic for peace of mind the work done is excellent. Thanks

I didn’t have an appointment for a safety certificate for my Nissan Rouge, but the staff were very friendly, professional, and on time. The pricing was fair too!

I would definitely recommend this place to others and will be visiting again for sure!

From the beginning they were honest about the repairs needed on my car and walked me through all the repairs they were doing. I am glad I found an honest mechanic. Highly recommended.

Top notch shop! The reasonable pricing, Transparency and honestly by the employees and mechanics are greatly appreciated. Always quality service. Thanks for being the best!

I had an appointment for a transmission oil change, the owner and the staff were very friendly, professional, on time, and the price was fair!

Would definitely recommend this place to others and I will definitely visit them again!

Due to the proximity from my location and the reviews, I took my vehicle for general maintenance and was extremely impressed with the service. I have returned several times since and would like to thank the team, again, publicly, from receptionist to mechanical repair staff for their care and dedication in doing an amazing job. Well done!
In August 2026, I returned to Reliance with my vehicle and experienced the same service from the office staff who waited for us even after they had already closed. Our car required a major time chain job replacement. They conducted this repair which took a week. We are super thankful for the experienced technicians. Lastly, the price was unbeatable! Thanks to Mohamed, the owner for making this happen!

Very detailed oriented staff, very knowledgeable, very quick and very helpful. Also the price is very good, better than dealership service, will always recommend to anyone, thanks guys for everything
