After having my 2018 Mazda CX-5 sitting at the Brampton Mazda dealership for more than a month, I eventually decided to remove it and have it towed by CAA to Reliance Auto Mechanic on Bramalea Road.

I’ve been going to Reliance for years and couldn’t recommend them more. They always do high-quality work and, most importantly, they’re honest about what actually needs to be done. Reliance Auto Mechanic did an excellent job repairing my Highlander SUV after mice chewed through the ignition wires. They fixed the problem professionally, the repair was done very well, and their pricing was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them for their honest service and quality workmanship.

Thank god for this mechanic shop! If your a hybrid owner save your time and money and go here forget the dealership! My kia optima 2012 hybird had a fried cell in the hybrid battery. The Dealership said they wont fix a single cell but would have to replace entire hybrid battery! Paul was awesome to deal with! They fixed my single bad cell and a very good price. Good job guys definitely will be recommending this shop to all hybrid owners.

In August 2026, I returned to Reliance with my vehicle and experienced the same service from the office staff who waited for us even after they had already closed. Our car required a major time chain job replacement. They conducted this repair which took a week. We are super thankful for the experienced technicians. Lastly, the price was unbeatable!
